We produce all our art and ship from three primary locations, they are located in USA, Europe and Australia.

How long does it take to get my order?

Digital Art: Normally within 48 hours, but could take around a week in busy seasons. 

   - Can I get my digital portrait quicker?

      - Yes! Just send us a DM on Instagram with your order number and we'll push it to the front of the line.

Physical Art: Our artists finish drawing, producing and shipping your physical portraits within a week. The shipping time after we hand it over depends on your delivery country. Here are some rough estimates based on previous orders after we ship them out:

USA: 2-3 working days

North America (excluding US): 5-10 working days

Europe: 3-7 working days

Oceania: 3-7 working days

Can I combine multiple pets in one portrait?

Yes! Just write your instructions in the notes section of the order.
